Your room - Pantone Fashion Room – is a room designed for design loving dreamers. There are 2 big wardrobes, there is a huuuuge mirror and there are colours that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Oh! And you will have a private balcony with a nice view – what a place to relax when the sun starts to be a bit higher! In your room, you will find: - 2 wardrobes big enough for advanced fashionistas, with a huge mirror and hangers inside; - 2 comfy beds that can double as sofas during the day. There is a storage place underneath each bed where you can keep your bed linen and more; - 2 stylish desks with 2 comfortable chairs; - Book shelves – quite a lot of them; - 2 high chests of drawers; - A wonderful chillout armchair and a small table next to it – perfect for reading or gossiping! - Blind curtains – this is an absolute necessity in Poland as in spring and summer the sun rises between 4 and 6 (!). - 1 big lamp and 3 small reading lamps; - Bed covers, selected pictures and pillows from the ones visible in the photos - A couple of houseplants (only if you promise to take care of them ?). Pantone Fashion Room has a separate key and can be locked when you are not in the apartment. Your room is located in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is conveniently located next to Metro Station and very close to Warsaw University South Campus. Common area includes spacious hallway with a wardrobe and a big mirror, nice kitchen with a view equipped with everything you might need and a very comfortable modern bathroom with a big shower cabin that I absolutely love! More details about common area: In the kitchen you will find, amongst others: - Induction cooktop - Small oven – suitable for warming up bruschettas, toasts as well as preparing more fancy dishes - Electric kettle - Big fridge - All the dishes you need for the everyday life In the bathroom you will find, amongst others: - Absolutely marvellous big (120 x 80 cm) shower cabin - Cupboards and shelves that will store all your cosmetics and cleaning appliances - Washing machine - A lot of hooks for you convenience In the hallway you will find, amongst others: - A wardrobe and storage place with an iron, ironing desk, 2 laundry racks and enough space to keep your winter (and not only) jackets and shoes - A big mirror for the final check before leaving - Additional jacket handler The apartment has been completely renovated in January 2020. The renovation included: - Installation of brand new windows – with a perfect insulation and protection from the cold winter in Poland. - Renovation of heaters – they will keep you warm no matter what is the weather outside - Renovation of all other installations (water, electricity) - Change of all the equipment in the kitchen and bathroom – all is modern, with better energy-efficiency parameters - Change of all the floors and painting in all rooms
