All our tenants may also spend time in our garden with a fish pond. The flat is located in a well maintained building in one of the Warsaw's most prestigious and safest districts - Upper Mokotów (Górny Mokotów). It is just minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska and very close (1 minute walk) to tram stops/bus stops in ul. Puławska. Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. It is located on a lower ground floor. Our guests are mostly international students who can appreciate excellent location, standard of this place and warmness. We speak English and German. Location: close to city centre (just 9 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like a public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Staying here you can enjoy convenient communicaton and proximity to the centre, but still you can rest in peace and quiet of this prestigious part of Upper Mokotów. We are only 3 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk from tram stop in Puławska street (going to the centre or other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów shopping mall (one of the nicest in Warsaw). Excellent location, easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities. The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. As in all shared flats it is important that everybody cleans after yourself and respects others right to rest at home. If you don't have anything against cleaning and you are a quiet person, you will feel great in our building as all our tenants are nice and kind people, who like to be able to rest at home. We all like parties, but we all party outside, as Warsaw has so much to offer and so many places to have fun. Apart from single and double rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building and in other places so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.
