PLEASE NOTICE: The deposit and admin fee MUST be paid once the booking is accepted on Uniplaces. One-time, non-refundable administration fee is 295 PLN (65 €). The deposit is equivalent to the rent for one month for Polish citizens. However, for security reasons from foreigners we require deposit equivalent to the rent for two months. The deposit is returned after the contract finishes, provided there are no damages and all debts have been settled. *In case of cancellation*, the paid deposit is refunded only up to one month before the beginning of the rental period. *The administration fee is not refunded*. Paid deposit allows us to send rental contract and any further confirmation (needed for instance for visa application). Tenant, after meeting portal requirements, will receive direct email from us to finish the reservation process (deposit + admin fee payment, preparing rental contract etc.). Cleaning frequency: Common areas are cleaned daily from Monday till Friday, while bathrooms in segments are cleaned once a week. Responsibility for cleaning inside the rooms is with Tenants. Overnight guests are allowed for additional fee, depending on the room type. Use of all common areas is included in the price except for the laundry (one cycle of washing with a 6,5 kg capacity costs 5 PLN). The Student House is located at Podgórze district – a very dynamic and developing area of the city, that stretches on the right bank of the Vistula river. Despite its proximity to the bustling center of Krakow, it has numerous green and recreational areas. The nearest bus stop (Koszykarska) is 300 meters away. The Old Town and famous Kazimierz district are accessible by public transport in approximately 35 minutes. Commuting to the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow Academy and the Academy of Physical Education takes around 15 minutes. Cracow University of Technology, The University of Economics and Jagiellonian University can be reached in around 30 minutes. We are a private student residence in Cracow with 157 rooms and 345 beds. We offer private single rooms (including rooms for people with disabilities) and shared double and triple rooms (in 2+3 or 2+2 segments). The building has 5 floors and is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance. We also offer parking places for rent. You can cook your meal in one of our 11 modern shared kitchens. A laundry room with 4 washing machines and a tumble dryer as well as drying room are at your service. Silent spaces and a reading room are available for those who need to study. Or you can enjoy your time in two rooms with a large ULTRA HD TV: one with billiard and second with table tennis, Xbox, mini-football, and board games.
