Z salonu wyjście na balkon gdzie można się wyciszyć przy śpiewie ptaków z pobliskiego parku i nacieszyć oczy zielenią otaczających drzew. Z osiedla jest wyjście bezpośrednie do Parku Lotników. Bardzo dobra komunikacja w każdą stronę Krakowa: do centrum ok. 15 min komunikacja miejska, ścieżka rowerowa, pieszo to ok. 35 min. Mieszkanie zaprojektowane i urządzane przez dekoratora wnętrz w stylu nowoczesnym, w jasnych i pastelowych kolorach.
