Room for a girl in a 4-room girls-only flat near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw (subway station), just ten minutes to the center by metro. An ideal place for people who value peace and quietness, and at the same time closeness to everything. We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk from tram/bus stops in Puławska street (going to the centre and other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, ., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18). Top location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various periodic public events like a foodies' public picnic Breakfast Market (Targ Śniadaniowy) each Sunday in the park just 1 minute walk from the apartment (from Spring till mid-Autumn). In summer - free-entry musical concerts in the nearby parks. Staying here you can enjoy convenient public transport (metro, multiple buses and trams), and proximity to the centre, but still you can stay in this green, safe, peaceful and prestigious part of Warsaw called Upper Mokotów. Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema. The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Kitchen is fully furnished : oven, microwave, cooker, electric kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots, frying pans, cutlery, plates, glasses) etc. The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real comfortable bed , big wardrobe, bookshelves, desk, chair. Maximum 4-5 girls may live in that flat as one of the rooms has two beds. Our tenants are polite and kind young people, mostly students or young working professionals. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses. There is fast internet in the building (up to 1 Gb). You will have garden view from the window. We provide weekly cleaning service of shared parts of the apartment, but please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness (clean after their use of a bathroom or a kitchen) and respect the others' right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home. We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. Please note it is not allowed to smoke here. Only tenants sleep in the room (non-tenants' sleep-overs are not accepted).
