You can touch garden plants just by opening the window or even grow your own herbs outside your window if you feel like it. The room is in a well maintained modern buiding. It is ideal place for people who enjoy quiet, peaceful environment, good conditions for studying or relaxing at home. The apartment is clean and well maintained. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen with necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Fast internet is included in price. The apartment is located on a lower ground floor of a building near Metro Wilanowska in a green and yet close to the centre neighbourhood . It takes just 10 minutes by metro to get to the centre . Each room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with comfortable bed, wardrobe, book-shelf, desk, chair. This room is cosy, it has a small window facing the garden which gives you a feeling of privacy. Girls and boys can live in that flat. Excellent public transport: subway stations – Metro Wilanowska (4 minutes walk) and multiple buses and trams (trams stop is 1 minute walk from the room). Very well communicated with schools and universities. Warsaw University of Technology (12 minutes) Lazarski University (15 minutes walk) Vistula University (20 mins ) Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) (25 mins) Upper Mokotów is considered one of the most desirable districts to live in in Warsaw. There are seasonal nice events in the vicinity of our building, . every Saturday during summer jazz concerts in Park Dreszera, and every Sunday, of course, Targ Śniadaniowy (food market) in the park just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Staying here you can enjoy excellent public transport and proximity to the centre, but still you can enjoy peace and quiet of this place. The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a nice garden with a fish pond where you can relax. The price of the room includes cleaning of common areas such as the hall, kitchen and bathrooms by a cleaning lady every week, but it is very important that each tenant should clean up after themselves when using the apartment. People who value quiet home and the opportunity to study or relax in peace feel best in our building. Please note, all tenants must participate in keeping this flat clean. Our other rule is that only our tenants sleep here (no guests for night are accepted, all your guests must leave the building before 22.00). We don't make noise here to allow others peaceful stay.
