Private room in a fully equipped shared apartment – perfect for Erasmus studentsWe offer a comfortable private room in a shared apartment with 6 rooms.Each room has a lockable door and comes fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk and chair – ideal for study and daily living.The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in, including:– fast Wi-Fi,– fully equipped kitchen,– washing machine,– shared bathroom,– duvet, pillow and bedding provided.Location:The apartment is in a well-connected area, close to: Nearest metro station - None are near, but Warsaw West station is nearby, around 20 mninute walk. Nearest University: Warsaw University, Faculty of Physics. 3 stops or 25 minute walk. Nearby point of interest: A nice Szczęśliwicki park - 15 minute walkLandlord policies - We book fortnightly. Meaning contract can start on 1st or 16th day of the month. And they can end on 15th or last day of the month. - Self check-in. You will receive all access codes and instructions before arrival. Check-in is possible at any time- You're renting for up to 30 days - no Admin Fee.31-60 days - 50% of monthly rent Admin Fee.61+ days - 100% of monthly rent Admin Fee.- When the booking is accepted Tenant should provide the security deposit to the Owner by a bank transfer during contract signing process.- Your contract start date should be the first available day in the calendar. - ALL TENANTS ARE OBLIGED TO PAY THE ADMIN FEE TO THE LANDLORD DIRECTLY. Single Occupancy Only Admin FEEIncludes following services:- Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, - contract preparation,- Translation of the contract to English, - Room preparation with set of bed linen,- Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat,- Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, - representing you in communications with flat owner.- Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. - Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom - Final cleaning + 400 PLN when You're leaving the apartment. - There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks.
