We reccommend our mini studio apartments in Trio student house at Rakowicka 20F in Cracow.
Trio dormitory is a perfectly located student house with 139 rooms. It is situated close to rilway station, Galeria Krakowska Shopping mall, University of Economics and University of Technology.
We offer 15m2 comfortable rooms with private bathroom and kitchenette.
On the ground floor our students can spend time in the common room, where you can watch moovies, study, rlax, play board games or table footbal. In the yard, you can play table tennis, petanque or excersice in the outdoor gym.
We offer 24h security.
Monthly rent:
2250 PLN if you rent for 11-12 months
2400 PLN if you rent for 7-9 months
2600 PLN if you rent for 5-6 months
In the summer 2024 you can rent the room for minimum 1 month. The rent would be 2600 PLN/month

The price is fixed and includes all the bills.
Additionally paid is using the washing machines in the laundry room.
